Corn Husk Flower Workshop: Craft & Culture
part of our "Traditions in Every Season" series
Join us for a family-friendly hands-on Corn Husk Flower Workshop led by educators from The Institute for American Indian Studies. Participants will learn how to create their own corn husk flower using natural materials while also exploring the traditions of local indigenous cultures. The program will include a discussion about the importance of the "Three Sisters", corn, beans, and squash.
All materials are provided, and participants will leave with their own handcrafted corn husk flower and a deeper appreciation for this meaningful cultural tradition.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.
