Beginner Italian Language and Culture:
The Beginner Italian Language and Culture class focuses on conversation and learning Italian through immersion with English scaffolding. A portion of each class is dedicated to Italian culture or history, helping participants gain deeper appreciation for the language beyond vocabulary alone. While Italian grammar is taught, the emphasis is on enjoying the language in a relaxed, supportive environment, no one should feel overwhelmed, and fun is always part of the experience.
Advanced Beginner Italian Language and Culture:
Ready to build on the basics? This class is designed for participants who have completed our Beginner Italian course or for those who already have some familiarity with Italian and are looking to continue learning in a relaxed, supportive setting.
Some knowledge of basic vocabulary and grammar is recommended for the advanced beginner class. We'll expand on what you've already learned- growing your vocabulary, strengthening conversation, and becoming more comfortable speaking and understanding everyday Italian.
A portion of each class will be devoted to a cultural lesson such as holidays or other Italian historical elements.
No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.
