Essentrics

ESSENTRICS is a low-impact, fitness program designed to simultaneously lengthen and strengthen every muscle in the body. It draws on the flowing movements of tai chi, the strengthening theories behind ballet, and the healing principles of physiotherapy. Created by former professional ballerina Miranda Esmonde-White, this method focuses on eccentric muscle training to decompress joints, improve mobility, increase strength and correct posture.
