ZUMBA® Fitness: Moving the World to a New Beat!

ZUMBA® Fitness is an interval-style dance fitness party that combines low-intensity and high-intensity moves.  You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm of Latin-inspired dance moves! 

Two options!  Register for the full five-week program - or - register for one class at a time, as few or many as you'd like. 

No refunds are given once a program has begun. If a program is canceled by us for lack of registration or any other reason, a full refund will be given.

Meet your instructor:  Emperatriz Madrid Ochoa

Emperatriz began her career as an accountant but because of her love for Latin-inspired rhythms like salsa, merengue, and bachata, she soon realized her true calling was in fitness!  Originally from Venezuela, Emperatriz is a passionate and vibrant Zumba instructor with over 17 years of experience spreading the joy of dance through Woodbury Parks and Recreation as well as across the state of CT.
